- The TMA intends to improve the quality
of life through sustainable development with special focus
on under developed areas of the Town.

- The utility Agencies like WAPDA, Sui
Gas, Telephone and WASA etc. can be very helpful in arresting
the unauthorized building activities. No new utilities connections
should be extended to the buildings unless NOC is obtained
from the respective building control authority. Therefore,
all such agencies are requested to act accordingly.

for renovation and rebuilt of dilapidated and over lived
buildings within the area of jurisdiction of the Town.

REGULATIONS: On site dumping of construction
material, cutting of steal and mixing of concrete for construction
of buildings creates numerous problems like road damage,
inconvenience to inhabitants of the surrounding buildings
and passerby, it has therefore, been decided that use of
premixed concrete material shall be mandatory for construction
of multi storey buildings within area of jurisdiction of
the Town with effect from 01-01-2007. In this regard an
advertisement is also being published in the newspapers
by the TMA.
