What is procedure for submission of Building Plan? |
| A: |
If you want to submit a building Plan for construction
of your building within the area of jurisdiction of Gulberg
Town Municipal Administration Lahore, you have to applied
for approval by submitting five copies of proposed plan
duly prepared in accordance with the building regulations
along with one attested copy of I.D.Card of the owner,
one copy of titled documents and Form A & B to be
collected from office of the Town Municipal Administration.
The Building Plan Clerk shall issue Bank Challan for depositing
the Building Plan Scrutiny Fee in the Bank of Punjab,
Garden Town Branch, Lahore. After depositing the Building
Plan Scrutiny Fee in the said Bank first copy of the deposited
Challan will be attached with the Building Plan file and
Building Plan registered number will be issued by the
Building Plan Clerk. The decision on the building application
shall be communicated within due period as prescribed
in the Punjab Local Government Ordinance-2001. |
